What to expect from a Kripalu yoga class
Classes begin with warmup movements and breath awareness to prepare you for
yoga postures.The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch,
strengthen and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and
meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.

Cost 60 min class $120/session | 75 min class $130/session | 90 min class $140/session
